Bio
Debra M. Deutsch is an award winning colored pencil artist, with degrees in Art History and Architecture from the University of California at Los Angeles, and a certificate in Interior Design from Canada College in Redwood City California.
In 2010 and 2011 Debra created the illustrations for an alternative healthcare book, “Beyond Disease Care” by Dr. Walt Stoll, and will have several renderings published in an upcoming interior design book, “Basics of Interior Design” by Ann Ross Wallach.
While most of her current work is in colored pencil, Debra also sketches in pen and markers. Her style is classic realism, and her work is extremely meticulous. In addition to working on commission, Debra also sells originals and prints.
Debra lives on the San Francisco peninsula, and besides drawing, she enjoys interior design, antiquing, kundalini yoga, traveling, and enjoying the beautiful scenery the bay area has to offer.
